Player off the DL
This is probably going to sound stupid, but I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get Ryan Howard off my franchises 15 day DL. I have looked in my manage menus and nothing, even on the team health page there is nothing I can do to revive him, when I put him on by going to team roster hitting A (on 360) and clicking place on 15 day DL, and now that the stint is over I go back to the option and there is no optionTags: None -
Re: Player off the DL
Yea, this is a well-known glitch/bug in franchise mode. It seems to happen more often than not with pitchers coming back from rehab stints, but it happens to hitters too.
hopefully it gets fixed in the patch.WE ARE PENN STATE

Try going to the lineup screen from the menu and pressing Y (triangle on PS3) to have the CPU optimize your lineup. He should be inserted back into his position as long as he is a starter.Comment

Re: Player off the DL
Well I simulated to the postseason since I was only about 2 weeks away from it anyway, and to start the postseason Howard is somehow back in my lineup even though they never alerted me or asked me if I wanted to auto adjust lineups, but i cant get past a fourth of the first inning without it freezingComment

Re: Player off the DL
I had the same issue with Jamie Garcia. Go into Franchise Options, change the DL setting so the CPU handles injuries. Simulate one day or have CPU generate ideal lineups (I'm not sure which one actually worked since I did both). The injured player should be back on your roster/off the DL. Go into Franchise Options and turn the CPU handles injuries to off.Well I simulated to the postseason since I was only about 2 weeks away from it anyway, and to start the postseason Howard is somehow back in my lineup even though they never alerted me or asked me if I wanted to auto adjust lineups, but i cant get past a fourth of the first inning without it freezingComment
