NCAA FOOTBALL 12 Dynasty Thread!

Hey everyone! As we now have the countdown on for the release of NCAA 12, I thought I would give us a head start on how you are going to approach your Dynasty. Tell us what team you are going to use, any moves you plan to make, starters?, and how you are going to approach recruiting! Im also curious to see what playbooks everyone uses!

Going to use my Zips now that Infocision stadium is in (and looking pretty nice I may add). If I get bored with that, or I'd rather use a higher star team, I'll likely use Ohio St, Indiana, South Carolina, WVU, Oklahoma St., or UNC.

Rice Owls, heavy run, 3-3-5 stack defense. Also gonna get Buffalo to join the Big Ten.

Florida Gators and a rebuilding program in Oregon State in the New Pac-12 Conference.

Rutgers all the way, and I'm going wityh a custom prostyle playbook adding some of that heavy wisconsin run game. Maybe some spread option plays depending how fast Chas Dodd is at qb. And of course Sanu-cat plays. Then again I may just change to a custom spread option

I'll also run a Miami, or possibly a Teambuilder Howard U team and make custom spread option playbook.

I always do an Oregon State dynasty then i pick a lower teir school. Last year it was SJSU this year I dont know who it will be.

Ohio State of course! Then maybe Baylor to try to build a powerhouse.

Ill use multiple formations kinda like Penn State's HD offense with Daryll Clark
On defense a Nick Saban/Rex Ryan Style defense

Hopefully they add great additions to keep it interesting!

LSU. I'll be changing up the defensive front and my RB depth chart along with the starting quarterback. Once I get quite a few years in, I'm going to make a Miami dynasty as they are my 2nd favorite school. Love me some 'canes! One Love! (raising 'canes joke) Anyway, there, I will probably just recruit the state of florida and just keep it on lockdown and my only pipeline. Then, I will change the offense to a "pro-balanced" (balanced attack with pro formations along with added option/spread elements). I kinda made up that name. For the defense, I will run either a 3-4 or multiple defense. Leaning towards the multiple unless Height/weight and technique really matter in '12. In that case, it'll be a 3-4. First year recruiting, #1 priority will be secondary (about 4-6 guys), #2 will be OLine (about 3-5), #3 DLine (about 3-5), #4 LBers (about 2-3), #5 FB/TE depending on the depth (~2), Once I get those, I may add 2 receivers depending on depth and add ONE big, high-awareness QB as a project to take over in a few years. K/P are self-explanatory. I kinda plan my NCAA experiences

I'll run 2 seperate ones...Texas and if FCS teams are in SFA if not, then I'll do one with Tulsa or Western Kentucky.

I'm gonna start Either Oklahoma State , TCU , or a Miami dynasty

Don't know which one it will be lol

I will be using a Run-Heavy One Back set with alot of Play-Action(If it works hoping) [80% Run & 20% Pass]

I'm hoping that height/weight are a factor in this game if so then i will be using my favorite defense the 3-4 with alot of blitz

That is how I usually recruit my players for my team.

Funnest recruits are the DB's. Nothing better than finding a 6'0 220 lbs Corner who runs a 4.3 and beasts his Freshman year

Gonna use my West Virginia Mountaineers, and i will be making a custom Air Raid playbook to use, or as it will be called an Eer Raid. Geno Smith will be my starting QB, and Heisman winner, breaking all school passing records. With true freshman Vernard Roberts at HB, and Tavon Austin making plays at WR and KR and PR.

Im still up in the air over a few things, because I dont know what new settings and dynasty features are going to be on this years game, but Im going to have a huge thread based on my Cornhuskers dynasty.

Probably gonna run a school from the ACC, either Wake Forest or maybe even Virginia. I like that conference and I think it would be fun to build up a powerhouse from it.

Other than that, I always look to have a side project of a smaller school. This year I'm leaning Hawaii and trying to get them into the Pac-12.
