Coaching Carousel: Where Will You Begin?

As of right now, I have a few coaching spots on my mind...

Louisville, Defensive Coordinator: Who better to learn from than Charlie Strong? I would love to help take Louisville back to the top of a struggling and chaotic Big East.

UCF, Defensive Coordinator: The up and coming school from the Conference USA could use a sound mind to but together a run that would surely catch the attention of some bigger conferences.

UF, Offensive Coordinator: Probably won't start here, but maybe end up here in a couple years after a smaller job. This will be my Alma Mater no matter where I start, so ending up here even as a Coordinator seems likely. Head Coaching here is the dream job.

From what I understood, we are able to edit coaches, and then share them similar to Rosters. I'm sure if you give it a couple weeks, you'd find real coaches in the game.

Anyways I would like to start at Army. Hopefully they have fixed the massive issues with the option offense to make it playable. All I can say is if the option pass has a generic pass block formation like last year, I might just go insane.

not sure if I'll be a OC or DC. I played defense in High School(OLB/Safety hybrid type position), but in the game I tend to be better at offense, so I might go OC.

as for what team. I may start at the very bottom, whichever team is ranked 120.

my only question for this ability in ODs, can 1 user be the OC and another user the DC on the same team? that could be pretty interesting.

1.) Offensive coordinator at SDSU, my real life alma mater. I will import my custom offensive and defensive playbooks for any job I take in the game.

2.) Head coach - Air force

3.) Defensive coordinator - Penn State

4.) offesnive coordinator - BYU

Stick with the option but mix up their playbook with better passing plays and give them a shotgun formation with spread elements sprinkled in.

Can't be Army football with no option.

that would be cool but how would recruiting work with 2 people controlling one team how would scheduling work since neither of you are the HC
