I'm sorry, but I have to LOL at the Baron Davis pick for Golden State. Jerry West could be added to the Lakers. Otherwise, i like Taur's picks.

Edit: Woops, changed to Taur's picks. Um, typo.

                Cleveland Cavaliers-LeBron James - Cool
                Dallas Mavericks-Dirk - No complaint
Denver Nuggets-David Thompson/Melo - No problem with this
Detroit Pistons-Isaiah Thomas - Good ole Zeke
Golden State Warriors-Baron Davis - C'mon son wouldn't be mad at Wilt, Barry or Hardaway
Houston Rockets-Hakeem - No beef with this
Indiana Pacers-Reggie Miller - Can't really argue this
LA Clippers-Blake Griffin I Guess - I know it's hard to think of them but there are other options to consider here. Danny Manning, McAdoo, hell Lamar Odom and Elton Brand should probably get consideration before Griffin
                LA Lakers-Wilt/Magic - No complaints
                Memphis Grizzlies-Rudy/ZBo - C'mon son, Pau? Shareef?
Miami Heat-Lebron - Seriously dude? Seriously? Mourning? Jones? Hardaway? Rice? Wade? All the dudes in their history and you pick LeBron?
Milwaukee Bucks-Oscar(he played for them, right?) - Either Oscar, Lew Alcindor/ Kareem or Ray Allen works
                Minnesota Timberwolves-KG - Can't argue
New Jersey Nets-Kidd/VC - Dr J or Kidd
New Orleans Hornets-CP3 - This one is tough, I would not be upset with Paul, Mourning, Rice, Johnson or Davis being here
New York Knicks-Patrick Ewing - Either Patrick, Walt or Earl, possibly Willis Reed
Oklahoma City Thunder-Durant - Technically this is correct since Seattle owns the Sonics history. If we include that though, then give me Kemp or the Glove. Wilkens, Sikma and Ray Allen get honorable mentions though.
Orlando Magic-Shaq - Definitely Shaq. Honorable to T-Mac and Nick Anderson though
Philadelphia Sixers-AI/Dr. J - Won't argue this. Honorable to Barkley.
                Phoenix Suns-Barkely/Nash - Won't argue this
Portland Trail Blazers-Drexler - With you, but honorable to Walton
Sacramento Kings-Uh, CWebb? - Him, Archibald or Oscar.
San Antonio Spurs-Tim Duncan - Take your pick, Duncan or the Iceman
                Toronto Raptors-Bosh/VC - This
Utah Jazz-Paxson/Malone - Who the hell is Paxson? I'll say Stockon. Honorables to Malone and Pistol Pete
Washington Wizards-Jordan I Guess - For real man? What about Elvin Hayes or Wes Unseld, Walt Bellamy, Earl the Pearl or somebody? Gilbert Arenas or Antwan Jamison at least? Caron Butler even? I'll go Wes, but come on man, Jordan?

Baron Davis is not the best warriors player ever. A lot of your picks are current players, also.

Re: All Time Best Players On Every Team

                        Some other cosideration's

Also for Golden State Warriors: Nate Thurmond
He averaged 19 points and 17 rebounds a game as a Warrior

                        Indiana Mel Daniels
He averaged 19.4 points and 16 rebounds a game with Indiana. He was a staple at the ABA All-Star game in the 70s, landing on seven All-Star teams. He also won three ABA titles.

                        New Jersey Buck Williams
In eight seasons with New Jersey, Williams averaged 16.4 points and 11.9 rebounds a game.

                        Sactown Mitch Richmond without question
He averaged 23.3 points while shooting 45 percent from the field and 40 percent from three-point range with the Kings. He also averaged 4.1 assists and 3.7 rebounds a game during that stretch.

                        Charlotte Larry Johnson
In 1993, Johnson was voted to start in that year's All-Star Game, making him the first Hornet in franchise history to receive that honor; he enjoyed his best statistical season with averages of 22.1 points per game and 10.5 rebounds per game in 82 games, which earned him All-NBA second team honors.

                        Seattle Jack Sikma
left the Sonics with more rebounds (7,729), blocked shots (705) and free throws made (3,044) than any player in team history. He also ranks second in points (12,034) and games played (715).

                        Utah Adrian Dantley
In Utah, Dantley reached his peak establishing his reputation as a prolific scorer, twice leading the league in scoring (in 1981 and 1984). He averaged over 30 points per game each season between 1981 and 1984, though he missed 60 games in 1983 after tearing ligaments in his right wrist. In his seven years with the Jazz, Dantley picked up all six of his All-Star appearances and two All-NBA second-team honors.

And finally one of my favorite all time players who was very underated

Lafayette "Fat" Lever was easily the most under-appreciated baller of the 1980s. Some of the statistics that the point guard put up were absolutely phenomenal.

This guy was much like Jason Kidd

Lever is the only (and I repeat, only) player since the ABA-NBA merger to have a 30-point, 20-assist and 15-rebound game.

He was also a threat to average a triple-double, averaging 19.3 points, 7.9 assists and 9.3 rebounds during the 1988-89 season.
