    What if Jordan came back?

What if Jordan came back to the NBA today? Sounds crazy but he did come back a couple of times. Once with the Bulls and once with the Wizards.

If he came back today it would almost certainly be with the Bobcats as he owns them. This is a fun concept as I am a Bobcats fan.

Obviously he has slowed down a lot since then, but what are some realistic ratings for Jordan today?

Can anyone come up with some numbers for attributes that would be accurate? I never see this happening in real life but for the games sake, it would be a fun story line.

Also should his number be 23 or 45? haha
The way to build a good team is not to load it with star players, but to load it with players who play well together with an identity

I'd love to do this in a Franchise, but really, wouldn't Michael be like a 65OVR or lower? Plus, he would almost definitely retire after the first season, considering you'd put him at 44 y/o (oldest game allows, retirement is automatic after that point).

Not to rain on the parade, but you can't be a player and own any part of a team, simultaneously. He'd have to sell his hand with Charlotte before he could ever play again.

I do agree Jordan would be a 60-65 OVR at this point. Dude's 48, so I wouldn't expect him to go GOAT on everybody. Sports like basketball and soccer are cruel, as far as aging is concerned. Shaq, for example, went from being the most dominant Center in the NBA to being a mediocre role player, and he's not even 40 yet.

Be realistic.. he would get destroyed.. I could see him maybe making some shots on offense but he'd be getting torched on defense. Remember what Kobe did to him when Jordan was a Wizard?

You must have a the PC version to make it happen, becuase he now has more wrinkles on his face and his body isn't exactly what it was when he was a Wizards player.

Oh what about what he did ro kobe in there win against LA at Washingtion mike was schooling Kobe, the man was still putting up 25 to 30 points a night as a wizard, we will never see a 40 year old nba player play the way Mike did as a wizard scoring 51 one night a 45 the next, he is the oldest player to score 50 in a game and the oldest at 40 to sore 40 or more in a game,he was still better than half the players in the league, his fist year as a wizard at the allstar break when averaging 25ppg ang 6red he was a MVP canadate watch that allstar game that wass the talk. Instead of saying he could not play as as wizard at least youtube his games and you will see what i am taking about, I have watched him from Bulls to Wizards so Im speakibng on fact not fiction.

That was EIGHT years ago. He would not be able to produce at nearly the level he did back then. Not even close.

You missed the point, because I do believe he was talking about defense. Additionally, Jordan did have some great games with the Wizards and averaged good numbers in both seasons, but he was definitely not the same and that was eight years ago.

But I bet he would have better post game and mid range shooting ability than many current players...

fun idea, it'd be cool to see if someone can make a CF of old jordan.

i'd drop his stamina way down.

the man can still shoot, his post game is still probably really good b/c he knows how to get his shot off.

i would imagine he still has hops but no where near what he had. i would drop his dunking way down but his layup rating would probably still be around where it normally is.

i still think he'd be effective in short spurts

He would get injured quick and call it a career. No matter what skills he still has.

Hes still in good shape. I saw him in some school videos lately. he could probably still play, but he would just be another player really. He would need open looks, and his defense would really lack.
