Has Anyone Simulated 5+ Years In Dynasty?

Just wondering how ratings look. Mainly how are freshman ratings from year 1? Did freshman that came in at 70-75 now all 90+?

I am hoping that since EA gave us in dynasty editing doesn't mean that they knowing fudged dynasty player progression...

I believe that the 1st patch they release will have player editing within dynasty to allow for any corrections that need to be addressed, but from what I gathered so far this years game the player progression may be a little on the high side, especially with quarterbacks, but its minor compared to last years game.

I'm picking the game up after work and the first thing I'm doing is simulating a bunch of years, going to eventually try to get to at least 30 years. I'll post my findings.
        NFL: Pittsburgh Steelers
        NHL: Pittsburgh Penguins
        MLB: Pittsburgh Pirates
        AFL: Pittsburgh Power
        NCAA: PITT Panthers

Someone in another thread said they simmed 6 years and there were 8 , 99 overall rated QB's alone! Sounds like EA decided to unrealistically jack up recruit ratings this year.

I have simmed a few seasons, and tuning is still off for some positions.

I know we now have the ability to edit ratings within a Dynasty....
but I dont want to edit hundreds of players because the Tuning is off !!

First one I will bring up....

            WR's

The SPM (spin move) and JKM (juke move) are low again this year....and this is low compared to the Base Rosters....

Now they did say last year that they did this on purpose, they thought it played well.....but then should'nt the base roster be based on this principle too ?????

We are talking the majority of Freshman WR's have a SPM/JKM in the range of 40-60....with some getting into the 70's.

Now me...I personally dont hate these juke/spin ratings, I think the game plays well (just like I thought last year) but they are still off compared top the starting base rosters.

But the rating that is way off for Freshman WR's ..... they are coming in with CAR (Carry) ratings in the 80's and 90's ! ?

Even the highest overall rated Junior/Senior WR's in the game, only have CAR ratings in the 70's.

ugh that's annoying. I remember last year all my best RB's were guys I recruited as WR's. Too bad they still haven't fixed it.

I don't get why they would purposely generate recruits that don't reflect the skills of real players.

Wow, just seems like every year the game is built from scratch, and problems are abound and potential in every area. Video games are all imperfect ideas, but something is very flawed in the way this series was built, or we would not see this with ubiquity each year. It is an act in futility to even tell the developers about any of this, they simply don't get it, or don't have the time to fix this stuff.

in year four of a hands off dynasties and some teams have only 3-4 CBs and WRs on their depth chart.
