User DB problem

In last years game when the ball is in the air and you switch to a db you could always hold LT and it would square you up to the ball which made it much easier to deflect passes. In ncaa 12 i do not think LT is squaring the defender to the ball which is making it alot more difficult to deflect and intercept passes. Has anyone else noticed this?

I have noticed this. I've been beaten on several jump ball type situations already because of it. Like you said, I was used to holding LT to square up and make an attempt to go up for a jump ball. Now, when I do this my DB keeps his hands down low near his chest and doesn't jump and the WR catches it over me easily each time.

yea the strafe on a db just turns the body but as you stop you can square up.

Have you disabled auto-strafe under the Controls menu?

i dont think i have because i havent messed with any of the controls. it just doesnt seem like it does it the same as ncaa 11

You guys noticed the DBs of the user getting beat way too often by the CPUs WRs? Even if the DBs have a better Acc/Speed rating.

only when i call the wrong coverage.

When it's directly man on man, it isn't the wrong coverage, when the DB has 95 speed and 88 acc. while the wr has 88 speed and 87 acc.

There is no way the wr should run away from the CB by 15 yards...
