They gave the game a 7.0, but how you can you take anything else in that review seriously b/c it's obvious this person has never played NCAA before.

..."And there's a frequent bug that turns the receivers' route markers into dancing squiggly lines. None of these problems destroy the fun of running a perfect option play, but they do take you out of what should be an immersive experience."....

Stupid people that don't know football shouldn't be allowed to review football games. Wow, this is just sad.Check out my updated 2017 blog on building a high school football video game:

What an idiot. It's funny because the article starts off with "The latest entry in this long-running series feels virtually identical to last year's offering, adding so few noteworthy features and tweaks that you'll be assaulted with a blast of deja vu that never fades away." I guess that's one of the features he never saw last year, or the year before, or the year before, or the year before...
Review is terrible.[NYK|DAL|VT]

Now that is funny. Makes it pretty obvious how much NCAA he has played in the past and also makes his lack of knowledge regarding college football obvious. My Teams

Amazing that an editor or one of the other writers didn't catch that. Maybe they purposely threw him under the bus and are laughing about it along with the rest of us.It's on me. I shook his hand too hard. It was a hard ... kind of a slap-shake.

Re: Gamespot Review: They think the "squiggly lines" for WR routes is a bug...
The review is hands down the worst I've ever read. This guy states the game is the same as last year, but it is clear he didn't play last year. Gamespot really needs to find a reviewer that knows NCAA and not one that has read flames online and thinks he's being clever throwing in nonsense like this. He proved with his lack of knowledge of home field advantage he doesn't know the series. Gamespot, there's a reason I only read you when someone points out you once again posted something stupid.Check out my updated 2017 blog on building a high school football video game:

What incompetence.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.
Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.Comment

Same thing happened in another review that was posted on here. Guy said the gameplay was identical to last year. These people spend a few hours with the game, write their review, and never play it again, unless they are a sports fan... and this person is obviously not.Comment
