5 star recruits overpowered?
 

Just played my first game with my new 5 star WR. He is 6'5" 208 with 94 speed. Now he's only rated a 78 so he's my #3 WR. But it was just insane how he got a big play every time he touched the ball.

5 rec 178 yards 3 TD
4 rush 81 yards 1 TD

In his first career game. He was my only 5 star recruit and was almost thinking if something about being a 5 star guy makes you just crazy good. Cause even though I have Alshon Jeffery as my #1 WR. I've never had a WR have a game quite like that.

I'm not complaining at all. I was just shocked that a true freshman rated 78 was able to score a TD on 4/9 touches. Especially when my offense isn't really geared toward the big play.

Wondering if anyone else has some 5 star guy that makes plays far and above their rating.

Havent gotten a 5 star recruit yet

What difficulty are you playing on? Plus his height helps and who did you play against? Also their 3rd string cb or heck, even maybe a line backer might be lining up against him causing a big mix match

AND it has been one game. So play a few more before u ask if ALL 5 star recruits are overpowered

Yea, I wouldn't just assume all recruits will have games like that after ONE game.

All American difficulty against Cal. WR quick reverses and a WR screen for 2 TDs, one on a deep pass match up against the safety, one on a quick out and broke a tackle.
