WAC Realignment 2012
 

Hey, I've been a long-time OS follower but this is my first post, so please bear with me. I'm entering my second year of a coaching dynasty and signed on to Idaho as their DC for the 2012 season. However, I want to make realignment realistic and noticed that if I moved the correct teams, the conference would be short without the new additions. If I'm correct, the conference should look like:

Idaho, Louisiana Tech, New Mexico State, San Jose State, Texas State, UTSA and Utah State.

Is there any way to add teambuilder (Texas State and UTSA) teams this late in the process? Thanks!

I am in the exact same situation (hired as Idaho's DC) and I am also trying to figure out how I would like to address this. Let me know what you come up with.

Can only add teambuilder teams before first year in dynasty

Also you can only swap out a TB team for an existing team, so even if you thought ahead and created UTSA and TS (and Villanova) and made them independents for the 1st year, you'd have to remove 3 existing teams for them anyway.

That's what I was hoping wasn't the case, but thanks for the quick responses! I'll just make the necessary changes then play in a smaller conference. Hopefully it'll only be for one year and a better position will come along!

yeah, that's unfortunate. It would be nice if they gave a limit of 130 teams or something, just so you could add teams without removing any.

I'm thinking of removing a few MAC teams and bring in the TB teams to even this out....but I'm not sure who to get rid of.

Can you take out any of the FCS teams and add those new FBS teams?
