1. Is anyone experiencing a glitch when playing ranked matches online the pause button doesn't work?
It doesn't happen every game but it is very frequent that i can't pause the game to make any substitutions, check injuries, etc... I know that it isn't my controller because the start button works in every other mode and on other games, and i had the same problem with a different controller.
2. When you call a fair catch why does the returner sometimes run forward away from the ball?
I've had this happen a few times where i signaled a fair catch and my guy waves his hand then takes off running, and it has resulted in a couple of punts being downed inside the 5 on me.
my last 2 questions relate to the fact that im a noob to the series after not really playing it since the ps2 days.
3. What is a good play to call when your opponent blitzes everyone every single play?
I've tried screen passes but it seems my wall of 4 blockers always lets 1 guy through and im tackled for losses. I've tried quick slants which should work, but even though im throwing to the proper receiver i get picked (defender morphing through my player) or my guy drops it after being hit from behind. This happens nearly 80% of the time for me.
4.Lastly why are you not allowed to challenge plays online?
i've had numerous plays where it is pretty obvious a guy stepped out of bounds on the catch, or run plays where it is questionable whether a first down/td was made that need to be reviewed. Why no challenges online?
