Server disconnections count as a loss?

I was playing online and in the first quarter i started with the ball. I got to the 20. Threw a pick. Very next play, he scores. He is currently up 7-0 with maybe 30 seconds into the game.

I get the ball and begin moving down the field. I get to his 35 yard line, just completing a first down pass and see the "Connection to your opponent has been lost" and the only option.. "Exit Game". So i do.

Come to find out as i got ready for another try at playing a full game online, i see my record just received a loss...

How do i get a loss when my internet connection is still on and i only finished maybe 2:00 minutes of the game.. 7-0? Seriously?

Any help would be appreciated... i thought EA addressed this issue...

Definitely not fixed. I can't even complete a full online game without a disconnection. I've had 10 straight games that show up as losses, even if I'm leading 42-0.

Seriously, this is the worst product I've seen in years.

I had a game that froze when I was goin for the winning field goal. It didn't go as a lose though, which surprised me.
