Would you rather be a speedy guy who gets on base, steals a bag, and scores a run. OR Be a middle of the order presence who takes one swing and you drive in everyone who is on base, or score yourself?

a 5-tooler, great defense, speed, power.
clutch when needed and a run creator as well, typically bat first or third. -

For me it really depends on what position I'm playing, and that depends on what team I want to play for. In example, if I wanted to play for the Minnesota Twins I would be a 2B because I could easily beat out Casilla for the job. Then when I think of 2B, i think of them as table setters. They usually bat 2nd in the order and hit beind the leadoff, and is very patient to allow him to steal. However, if i wanted to play for the Phillies I'm not going to be a 2nd basemen because Chase Utley is an animal. So I would chose to be a left fielder because Ibanez isn't going to stay there forever. And if I'm a Left Fielder, playing in that bandbox I'm not gonna want to be a speedster because there are no gaps to hit a triple, and the fences are so shallow so I'm gonna want to be a power threat, maybe hit behind Utley, Howard, and Pence.Comment
