Coach Prestige - Adjust Ratings???

I started to adjust all the ratings of the coaches. I still use the numbers EA provided; however, I subject 25 points from every coach. After going through all the A+'s and A's, I quickly found out how tedious this can be.

My question: Has anyone done this and did it work once you got into your 7,8,9+ seasons? I don't want to waste my time, but if I can adjust each coach, and it all works out correctly, dynasty/cc sure will be fun.

Honestly the point is moot, for the most part by the end of the first season they will be back at the high numbers.

I subtracted 50 from all coaches prestige. After year one the Mich St coach was an A+, the OC was A and the DC was a B+, from a D. If your guys win awards your coach's prestige jumps from that as well. It's a short term band-aid. The best thing to do is make everyone zero. That will provide a longer term solution.
