Season ticket and hurricane victims
 

Alright so I dont know if this is confirmed, however I heard that you can only use the madden season ticket download from the 26th through the 29th which I was fine with.

However I have already purchased the season ticket and I live in eastern north carolina, with hurricane irene coming this way we could be with out power for the whole weekend and probably longer than that, so basically my question is will I be able to download it and play it once everything has returned to normal or will I just be screwed?

I don't know if there is anything Hurricane specific in the fine print, but it's most likely not legally EA's fault if your power goes out. So they won't have to refund you or anything of that nature.

I doubt there is anything they can do anyway since it's all programmed to go live and expire at certain times.
Cant' hurt to call them however and ask.

Lol Im not hoping for a refund im still going to use it for the other games I just want to know if I can use it starting say monday

Ah, my bad. I'm pretty sure you can download it Monday, but it will still expire on Tuesday at 6 a.m. matter when you download it.

its good till tuesday the 30th @ 6am then it shuts off... then u have go buy the retail version.

Well okay thanks for all the help, I really feel like it shouldnt matter when you download it you should still get the three days but it is what it is. Thanks again

Just try to get ahold of EA. You never know, maybe they can work something out for you.
