Given that teams will loosely draft like their owners (Insert overuse of Raiders and Speed guys)

What other examples should we expect to see teams do in Madden or real life for that matter?

I think this is going to be a lot like NCAA recruiting where teams will target certain prospects based on their abilitys. but as for what other teams are going to do. I think steelers will target LBs ravens will go best defensive player available. greenbay may go linemen

Jaguars = "best available player"... not necessarily a NEED. Also likes small schools.

it'll be interesting to see how much improved it is.. they say it is but not sold yet.

I don't want 8 QB's in round 1, 5 of which are to teams they have good ones and then 2013 they draft another one

That was their previous GM, Shack Harris. He was fired after the 08 season after possibly the worst handful of 1st round picks EVER.

Gene Smith took over in 09.

Bills: draft a bust at a position where there is an available player who is obviously better (Aaron Maybin with Orakpo still on the board).
