Season ticket issue possible problem?

OK went to find season ticket on PS Store so i would be ready for tonight right at 6. So i found it went to enter and a message came up saying "this content can not be accessed on your account" but it's the same account i purchased it on. Is anyone else having this issue or is it because it's not live yet??
