Don't know. The commentary is so hilariously awful, I have disabled it.

All of the above. It's last years commentary copy-pasted with additional bugs and inconsistencies.

That is sad. They really need to think about releasing this game every other year. I might put my money down on it if they did that.

All of it is awful. From the lack of names, to incorrect names, to glitched announcing triggers...announcing just reeks.

Some of the Gus lines are pretty funny, if your'e a fan of his. It's just kinda thrown together. It's like a puzzle that's put together but the pieces don't quite fit and a few pieces are missing.

It's obvious this wasn't and hasn't been a priority.

I don't understand why EA/2K/Komami/etc. don't take a page out of THQ's book. In UFC 09, they actually used some real commentary from actual live fights from the commentators.

I would much rather have fewer lines of organic commentary than tons of commentary that is cheesy and doesn't fit the action.

Maybe the logistics make it near impossible to do, but if it were possible that is what I would like to see. It is difficult to act as if it is a real game, when you are sitting behind a mic in a pristine studio reading off a piece of paper.

I never played UFC 09, just Undisputed, and can't recall the commentary. But 2k does commentary well. Imo, NBA2k and MLB2k raised the bar and set the industry standard for commentary in their respective genres.

to answer your question, they do on the season pass download. It happens probably once a game. I think I heard them use just Jones for the first time last game, but I'm not sure it happened so fast. Hopefully this is patchable, it takes a lot away from the game if you're a hardcore falcons fan.

EA now has FIFA's sound technology for Madden 13 and beyond. Let's hope sound is vastly improved from here on out.

yea, it's obvious that they just put the wrong sound clip in the wrong spot. just hope it's fixable, and the devs deem it enough of a problem to actually fix it.
