Question about Madden Ultimate Team
 

I am new to this Madden 12 game. I haven't played Madden NFL since 2005 when Ray Lewis was the cover athlete.

Questions:
1. Is this Madden Ultimate Team an online mode only?
2. Is Madden Ultimate Team only available in the Hall of Fame Edition?
3. Are Legendary players like Walter Payton, Barry Sanders, Deion Sanders, etc playable in offline Franchise Mode?


If somebody can answer me these questions, I'm trying to make a decision to buy or not the game.

1.) no but you need to be connected to internet to play it, even against CPU

2.) it's available in all editions

3.) no they are not available outside MUT

I have made up my mind, I will be buying the regular madden 12, not the hall the hall of fame edition.
