Trade Work-Around

I'm the Browns in my franchise and I'm trying to get the Falcon's 1st and 4th round picks they got for Julio Jones. I edited 3 scrubs to 99 OVR and offered them for their first and they still didn't take it. Has anyone found a way to get around this?
