Still on the early release?
 

Most of us are probably ordering for day one delivery online or are waiting for a shipment in the mail. The early release was supposed to expire at 6am this morning. I learned Saturday that if you sign off during gameplay it won't kick you off the game. This is significant because the game checks to see if you're signed in to xbox live before you play. So come today, I let my xbox sit on Madden all night (hoping it doesn't freeze) and sure enough I can continue playing at least for the time being. I'll probably just keep it on until UPS gets here. Just an FYI in case anyone else happens to be within the cutoff time still and wants to get some Madden in a bit later.

It doesn't kick you off until it says connecting to EA servers. I would assume that is when it checks if you are playing the early release version. It makes sense if you sign off of xbl at some point before this you could keep playing but not sure if it can't connect to EA servers it automatically will not load.
