Scouting help
 

I haven't been able to scout a draft class since week 1. I picked the players I wanted to scout and did. Since then I haven't been able to scout others or check any others to look at. My scouting is set to "User" so I don't know the problem. Any help?

You have to wait a couple weeks before you can scout again. I dont know exactly what week though. Its like after week 6,7,or 8. You will know when you can scout again because if you sim past the week it will say something like have you tried the new rookie scouting system or something like that.

I believe someone mentioned you scout in weeks 1, 5, 9, 13, 17.
