Cant play ranked games??

I can play teamplay games and community games but when I try to play a ranked or nonranked head to head game, I get disconnected from the EA servers. Any Ideas.

PS. I have tried reseting modem and changing dates and times on xbox.

It might be your gamertag was ban ? Try creating a different gamer tag and try to play online
