How Do You Scout Rookies?
 

In franchise mode of course. I can never get it to work for me. I press all the buttons and I still can't get it to scout anyone.

when you click "A" it should put a check next to the name, then you click start to advance after you have scouted 15 players.

You can scout every 4 weeks, so scout in week 1...then again at the start of week 5.
