Madden 12 Running Extreamly slow

Madden is very laggy and un-responsive for some reason, I installed it to my Hard Drive and nothing changed! Whenever I try to play online it sits there for about a minute a says "Loading Online Roster" and it does this every time I play. The menus are moving at a snails pace just like NCAA 12...

I think the servers are messed up. I'm having the same problem and no head to head games are connecting.
