accepting/declining transfers
 

ok so theres this punter who wants to transfer from NC state to my school. i decline him because i already have a good punter, so when i try to advance to recruiting week 1, it sims and gets stuck at Transfering Athletes and then nothing happens? any ideas anyone?

This is a known bug. I get the same thing when I try to decline the transfer.

The solution as of now is simply to accept the transfer and just cut him at the player cut screen. Hope this helps.
