Online Lag?

is anyone experiencing lag online? i've played a few games & every game has been lagging for me so far ..

Played my first game online against my friend (PS3). Only lag occurred when using the kick meter, which is obviously an issue. I missed a key field goal because of it, but luckily still got the win.
