How do I move my team?
 

When a loading screen appears it says "Move your team to LA" so I have a few questions.
1) :: How do I move my team to a different place, like where do I click on the menu etc.?
2) :: How many times can I move my team?
3) :: Can you move to places other than LA?
4) :: Does your name change?
4) :: Can I choose the stadium to go to in that area or does it choose itself?
