One major thing that NEEDS to be added to Franchise
 

We all know that every team has "Priorities" for every position which helps them decide who to draft and sign.

Well, every team should have that priority slider different for each position, and the sliders should be dynamic. By different and dynamic, I mean that these priorities should change based on that teams ACTUAL NEEDS, and will change as those needs change throughout the Franchise. Also, there should be a lock to how high the Punter and Kicker priority will go. No team should have either of these priorities anywhere above 10.

This will make each team different from the others, and will make it so that realistic trades, drafts, and signings take place WITHOUT the need for the user to control all 32 teams.

Where is this priority slider? I asked in the other topic but it has yet to be answered.

You can go to coaching scheme and change the priorities of each position. These priorities affect how the teams will look at positions during the draft.
