Anyone else disappointed with future picks?

Title says all. EA only made it so you could go 1 year in advance. It seems like they just put it there to please fans, without actually attempting to make it good. I almost feel like they tried to "scam" us by listing it as a new feature, because I expected to be able to go AT LEAST 2 years in advance.

Anyone else feel EA half-assed this just so they could list it as a new feature and get more people to buy it?

I am offended that you would imply EA would do ANYTHING half assed:y1:

Well, I don't think people bought this game solely on future draft picks. And if I'm not mistaken, it's the exact same system EA had in last gen (go figure), where the future picks have almost 0 importance to the CPU. Basically, it's not hard after a year to have all 1st round picks if you feel like it.

I don't mind them being only 1 year in advance since as of now it's not like the CPU appreciates them.

Yeah...not disappointed at all. I can't remember the last time a game had more than 1 year's worth in the future. Still nice to have that extra year's worth of picks to trade away...How often do NFL teams trade away picks 3 years in advance anyways?

Not disappointed one bit with the future draft picks. It is completely unneeded to have 2 years of future picks.

It's better than having no future draft picks.

This is my only issue. I was the Buffalo Bills picking at # 2, and the Vikings at 1 took the Left Tackle I was going to take at 2, so I decided to trade down twice and I had gathered about 4 2013 Draft Picks and 1 was a 1st rounder, 2 were 2nd rounders and another was a late round pick. Really hope EA is able to tune the AI to know the importance of future picks.
