Whats the easiest way to get MUT coins?

Does anyone know how to quickly earn lot of coins in MUT? I want the overall 80 trophy and I dont have any money to put on my account either.

If you start a Fantasy football league on NFL.com you get 3,000 free coins for MUT.

I haven't seen a good strategy for building up a MUT team that doesn't involve spending money, unfortunately.
