Offline franchise rookie scouting
 

I scout the incoming class in week 1 then it doesn't allow me to scout again in week 2. Am I doing something wrong or is this how the new set up works?

Thats how it is now. Scouting is in Week 1, 5, 9, 13, 17

FWIW, the ratings it unveils for players seems rather silly, there's no cohesive way to scout a class with the info they give you.
