best spread QB run playbook?

i want to start a dynasty with my created team and try to be a badass qb run/option NFL team, any suggestions for playbooks/formations?

the create a playbook is kinda confusing, i was just messing with it but i couldnt figure out how to view all the formations so i could choose the ones i wanted and the ones i didnt
