Running backs splitting carries
 

What is the best way to have your first 2 running backs in the depth chart have about equal amounts of playing time? I tried setting sub in and sub out for running backs to 99 and 98 but that caused problems. It seemed to be working but all of a sudden my 3rd string running back came in and split carries with the 4th string and my starters never returned to the game (not in the injury report).

i just do it manually on the play call screen, much easier than trying to do it with sliders.

What I do is after the opening kickoff of the first game of the season is, I sub my backup into the formations I want him in. That way he gets some playing time as well, and he will remain there all season so you do not have to do it every game.
