For those of you who have ditched the week 1 roster update and gone back to the preseason roster, this may be useful to you.
Attached is an excel spreadsheet with CAPs ratings, current team, jersey number, college, ht, wt info for all players who are on active rosters (or were practice squad guys added to the week 1 EA roster update) that were not in the preseason roster download. 86 players in all. (.zip file)
The excel file is in MS Excel 2002 SP3 - also added a .csv and .ods file to the zip. Here is a google doc of it

Ratings source fbgratings.com/members - at the moment the OVR value tends to be inflated with these ratings for some of players, so I'd suggest using these numbers as a base from which to ball park a more appropriate OVR.

Matthew O'Donell's rating is comprised of a comparison of average practice squad OLinemen combined with data from his scores in bench, shuttle, 3-cone, and 40 from the CFL's evaluation camp, then compared to other Olineman attributes with similar scores.
I'll update Team or Category Status (ACT/IR/PS) as I verify the transactions.
I don't do equipment, just ratings... so if anyone is so inclined to add equipment info onto this spreadsheet and repost I'm sure many of us would be grateful. If you have excel, the freeze panes are turned on in order to see the players name and the rating column headings as you create or edit existing FAs.
I'm also adding the preseason roster file for PS3 (.rar file) that I found in another thread on the OS site.
I put in a ton of work on this so if you're so inclined I do accept paypal at shagmedia.com
