Re: Give up Ochocinco for Braylon Edwards?

Well, it was a trade proposed to me.

I think Ochocinco can put up better numbers than Edwards, due to the QB situation in San Francisco. But, I also don't know how much love Ochocinco will get in New England's offense. Brady loves his TE's and Welker.

 Here's another trade idea...

I give up Sam Bradford and Zach Miller and receive LeGarrette Blount.

I doubt he does the trade, but I am HURTING at RB. I have Chris Johnson, Jonathan Stewart, Marshawn Lynch and just recently added Cadillac Williams... I have Brees at QB, and in a 10-team league I just don't really feel like I need to carry two QB's.

I am trying to move Miller in a trade before just out right releasing him. I have Aaron Hernandez as my starting TE.

Bradford makes a bit of sense for him because he has Peyton Manning (ouch) and Orton.

I doubt he goes for it, but I thought it might be worth a try.Comment

Re: Give up Ochocinco for Braylon Edwards?

I hate 85 this year... no idea what all the love was about. He can not play the Moss role, and is currently listed as #3 on the depth chart. He struggled all preseason and had 1 catch on a day Brady threw for 500+ yards. With that said, I don't have a lot of faith in Edwards either. Kind of a wash but Edwards will DEFINITELY get more targets on a week to week basis.

As for the other trade, after the pick up you made (other thread), I'd definitely do it.Comment
