Didn't Ronnie already say that they are going to try and stop the hackers, if there wasn't a Crew mode what would they be trying to stop. Ronnie basically confirmed the mode.

I play My Player and My Crew all the time and I am still getting 2K12 anyway. My Player looks so sick this year.

But, back on topic. He didn't confirm the mode yet.

My Player pick up games all day! (Crew games when i get my stats up) Probably the only single player mode tht can actually keep my interest today. No lie.

Not Madden Franchise
Not the Sims
Not Call of Duty Single Player
Not WoW
..but NBA 2k MyPlayer

Can't get enough of it, plus every player is always dif. It feels good to show your skills, customization and hard work off against other "real" players. IMO the fact that they've added create your own shot gives this mode a crazy amount of replayability, as if it needed more.

On topic: I don't blame your friends, but this game is too good to pass up for that reason alone.

I play My Player and Franchise Mode that's it, no online, no Crew mode, I should be fine.

While crew is fun, it's not a dealbreaker, especially if hacked players are going to run amuck again anyway. With all the new features they added in game play, I don't care if it's one on one, crew, lobby match, online league, i just want to play.

Wow....8 whole people...that's a lot....considering 2k sold over 5 million copies of 2k11.... I'm sure nobody will miss those 8 people....BUT they are sure to miss out on a helluva game.....
