NBA 2K12 Legends Not Available Online
 

According to Kotaku's Owen Good, NBA 2K12 Legends will not be available online.

Inexcusable.

Not wanting them in ranked games I completely get. Not allowing them in private matchups and in private Team-up modes I completely DON'T get.

There goes my main motivating factor for purchasing this...

They were available in team-up in 2K11, Meldelm.

Major let down. To me, it wouldn't be a problem to see this teams in ranked matches, because they were actual teams that existed not some all-time all-star team, but I can see it being a problem to many, that's why I was hoping for some classic teams lobbies, guess not.
With all the all-time greats, classic teams talk, with the covers and all I was hoping to play with these teams online even if in unranked matches.
That's not a reason to keep me from buying the game, but still...
