1. AI opponents. Can't wait to grind it out against more lifelike opponents. In 2k11, difficulty = superhuman players. Sixth sense steals, inorganic shots that go in merely because of CPU calculations... Since there's so much praise about the AI, I totally cannot wait to actually try it out.
2. AI teammates. Goes without saying that my player teammates are dumb like a bag of bricks. Also, I would love to try the improved AI in normal games. Apparently they're there to help you more now, they run the break more intelligently and (from the Clippers/Celtics gameplay) seem to actually want to grab the damn rebound now. Since the Celtics aren't a big rebounding team, can't really tell if it's perfect but hopefully

3. Association mode. Specifically if it is better for playing multiple seasons. More specifically if the players improve too much and play too long. By year 4/5 I can build a championship team through the free agency...alone.
4. Association mode player moods. I have a lot of disgruntled players because the only thing they care about is their playing time. Winning a ring didn't seem to help their mood much.
5. Having the game tied at 90-90 and having the last possession with 5 seconds left on the clock. Do I go for the dagger 3? Maybe I'll take it to the hoop for the safe 2? Maybe I'll make the crowd go wild with an alley oop? Dang that inbound play system looks insane.
I could've easily listed more but I really should be studying right now
