We need to win the turnover and field position battles, and run the ball well, to have a chance. Eagles will be pumped for their home opener. It doesn't look good for us on paper, but that's why they play the game. Go Giants!

We HAVE to control the clock with running the ball and playaction high percentage passing. Our recieving core is decimated and NIcks will guarenteed to be double covered. We have to get pressure on vick at all costs..and win the field position battle as you stated..Needless to say it is a tall order!!...

What are you even talking about?

Anyway, yeah a depleted team versus the dream team. It won't get much uglier than this game for us the year. With Eli Manning throwing random ducks all over the place, I wouldnt be shocked at a 4 int day from him. Running game hasent exactly taken off yet so no reason to think this is the week. And even if the offense drops 31 points by the fourth quarter it's not like we have the capability of stopping anybody this year let alone the eagles who have run clinics on our defense for the better part of a decade now. So yeah, massacre.

We've got Tuck and JPP on the ends, and we need to blitz Kiwi and Rolle constantly. We do that, and we have Vick playing like the 3rd string quarterback he was playing like the first 52 minutes of last season. Our secondary wasn't that good at covering the Eagles receivers back then, either.

On offense, we need to RUN THE DAMN BALL. Bradshaw and Jacobs should combine for 200 yards rushing today. Their run defense sucks, and our run game is great when we stick to it. Don't panic and start throwing the ball everywhere.

Lastly, if Steve Smith comes over the middle, I want someone to lay a vicious hit on him.
