Squad files?

Hey, guys.

Just occurred to me to ask this but is it not possible to do rosters for FIFA? Is there a reason why this game doesn't get the rosters (or squad) files that other EA Sports games get?

Guess I'm bumping this because I can't seem to find any reason why this is the ONLY EA title that doesn't have a community of roster creators?
