I just order this for a few bucks cause I like to try all wrestling game. Is it as bad as some say. Some say its underrated some say it just bad. It dont look to bad

I don't even know what people were complaining about. It's the exact scheme as their beloved No Mercy but without the cheating AI and more options. I enjoyed the career/season mode and physics as well,you couldn't powerbomb someone off a ladder through a table back then until this game,at least I don't think so. Custom music was a big deal too.

I guess sending Trish in her bra and panties to distract someone while whatever wrestler I had dropped a box on their head so the match with them would be easier was a bit silly in retrospect but you didn't -have to- do that.

Now WM 21,that was terrible.

Terrible? It was unplayable. Screenshots looked amazing back then...but gameplay was nonexistent. If it was anymore riddled with bugs, it wouldve been an ant hill and not a game.

I pick it up for a few bucks so if it unplayable i didn't lose much. Just always been curious to try it

I remember owning both games. But if you put a gun to my head I still couldn't say anything specific about either game. That's how good they were.

I just got it today and been playing it all day. I'm having a blast with it. I didn't expect much as i always hear bad things about it. Its really fun and has a good roster of wrestlers.
Reminds me of DOR as far as the control goes.

Also does the CPU ever go for a finisher on the higher up level cause right now i have not seen it yet
