I love the goaline fades in this years game..

The fades at the goaline seem to work alot better than past years and I love it, it has always been one of my favorite plays in football and I finally get to really use it.

hmmm i still cannot get them to work very well, never have in any madden. maybe its just all-madden cheesing me. i just really never use them though, only completed 1 so far this year and it was only because it was 1on1 coverage of Calvin Johnson vs little Cortlan Innigan(i left the "F" out of his name cuz Andre beat it out of him last year! lol)

With the all-madden sliders I use I can't get the fade to ever work. It could be due to the combination factors of having a rookie quarterback with poor accuracy and no 90+ wide receivers along with my sliders set at QBA of 15. Glad to hear you're finding success though, I always attempt at least 1 fade a game, but I've yet to complete a pass.

I use blueninja's all-madden custom sliders and the fade works well, amazing play this year

The fade route works no matter what sliders or how hard your game is. You must be withing the 10 year yard line to get it to work the best. Make sure the WR is in a fade route. Obviously. It works on all slider regardless. I can do it with every QB from 0 - 99.

I throw the fade fairly frequently w/middling results. Where do you guys try to place it?

I had been trying to lob it and have my reciever catch it toward the back of the endzone. That NEVER worked.

Now ill throw a bullet toward the reciever's outside shoulder. Works well enough.

Fade route works a lil too well. Everytime someone tries it, I can never make my defender jump. It's like he's stuck to the ground and they end up getting a TD. This happens EVERY TIME. It doesn't matter if I know it's coming or not.

Madden still doesn't have realistic catching though. They always catch it over their shoulder instead of turning around and jumping. Only time they do that is on Hail Mary. But they do it like ALL the time in the end zone.

I see them turn around all the time when I do the fade route, but I hike the ball, wait a little bit then tap the receiver button. Wr's with high jump rating work great for this play.

Only times mine turns around is when I throw the ball deep and they wait then jump up to catch it.

I'm talking about where there running then turn around and jump. Not stop then turn around and jump.

This is BS, when I run my fade route with Brandon Marshall he does turn around to catch the ball and try to get his feet in. You just gotta know how to do it. You can't lob it up and pray. LOL

I've seen and had receivers turn around and jump for goaline fades on multiple occasions
