Based on ea forums, people saying many things in gameplay(like turbo,pokecheck,dives,goalie saves) have improved/made game more playable.Comment

People said the same thing with the first tuner, which was literally just a bug fix. Personally, I'm waiting for the official notes.Comment

It's getting a bit annoying now...
Developers usually tells you what to expect and what's incuded in coming patches/tuners. But so far EA have been acting wierd with NHL 12.

All I know is I just played an amazing 17 minute periods game with the bruins vs Washington score was 3-4 Ovi Played like Ovi 2 goals 1 assist
get this Shots on net 25-27 computer didnt shoot at everything finally and they set up in the offensive zone also goalies played much better I dont know if its just coincidence or if it really was fixed but what a game hits were even a factor could see players getting tired and getting squashed with there head down hits where 15 24 great game overall Just thought I would shareComment

lol yeah. My favorite was when the tuner to fix the auto backskate and only the auto backskate came out and people started coming up with all these crazy differences in gameplay they were noticing and claiming it was the tuner.
The mind is a funny thing, and it often likes to imagine things that aren't really there.Comment

Yeah, they have been a little odd this year all around. Granted, previously we had Redshirt here commenting semi-regularily and explaining things/answering some questions and providing general updates, but a lot of this info was also being made more readily available on the EA site and forums. Seems like they've scaled back on everything "community" related this year, something I found noticeable even back in the summer prior to release.
It's not really bugging me much since I feel like I've found a sweet spot with sliders this year, at least so far, but it would be nice to get a heads up with these things.Comment

Just had another great game

All around great experience they did sompthing with this tuner set keep in mind I am playing 17 minute periods Im going to boost it up to 20 and see what I get but I am very happy with the results also it is now difficult to enter the zone I am being shut down by there Defense let me know what you thinkComment

Since the new Tuner update there seems to be zero penalties. I have both the penalty and cpu penalty sliders all maxed.Comment

gameplay seems alot faster. Seems all the crybabies on EA's board got their wish... I just wish someone from EA would state what was in these tuner updates as they are released.

I don't like it! The skating feels worse than ever( no weight to it) in my opinion. Why can't EA fix the goalie covering up the puck when it's right next to them? I'm gonna pretend like this Tuner doesn't exist
