Using an run option team in a dynasty...is it worth it?
 

I wanted to try one of the Military Schools in a dynasty, but have noticed in other threads that blocking for that scheme is worthless. So has anyone had any luck using a run option team in a dynasty or is it just a waste of time? I'd like to use Navy or Army for a dynasty, but if the option can't be run right, I won't bother. Any input would be helpful...thanks guys

I used NAVY for a few seasons, paired with some sliders, i was fine.
