What does the aggresive blocking adjustment do?

Can somebody tell me what this does? I would love to use this adjustment but I just don't know what it does.

They hold their blocks longer. If your Holding Penalty slider is higher than 50 you will get more holding penalties. Best used on 3rd down to fend off the cpu blitz.
