Rebuilding thread
So there is a lot of threads popping up about rebuilding in franchise mode and I think it would be better if I just start one general thread were people can come and discuss anything they want about how they are rebuilding a certain team in franchise.Yankees

Re: Rebuilding thread
I started a new Chargers franchise. Simmed 2011 & made the playoffs at 10-6, but lost in the first round. Going into the first offseason they have a lot of holes to fill and a bunch of starters over 30. Bob Sanders and Stephen Cooper are out for the season IRL and I let them walk after.
I grabbed Brandon Lloyd as a Free Agent, but not sure if I'm going to use him in slot or get rid of Floyd. Traded 2nd round pick + Jerome Clarey (RT) + Jacob Hester (FB) for Assante Samuel since the Eagles aren't going to be able to keep all 3 CBs long term. Will be using Quintin Jammer as safety part time and see what I can get in the draft. Linebackers need a lot of help next... -

Re: Rebuilding thread
For a good young RB you can sign Noel Devine out of free agency. He has A potential and his overall his Low only because of an AWR stat in 20's lol. I would keep Marshawn because he could be complement to Noel or if you want to trade him send him to a team like the Redskins for a 3rd round pick.Yankees

Try to go after Ingram and trade for him. In my Falcons franchise he's a back up running back but he's average 20 ypc every time he gets the ball.Comment

Re: Rebuilding thread
Mark Ingram would be the ideal young RB but I don't see how the Seahawks would be able to trade for him.Yankees

Re: Rebuilding thread
I'm thinking about drafting a Denard Robison or a Robert Griffin iii to go with a fast paced offenseComment

Re: Rebuilding thread
Try offering Mike Williams and a draft pick for Ingram. You honestly will not need Williams as much as you think... he's an average at best receiver. Go after a vet wide out to fill in your catching needs till the draft/free agency. You will want to take care of your running issues before any other part of your team.Comment

Re: Rebuilding thread
For Mark You would have to give up 2 first round picks and a player imo which is not worth it considering the other needs the Seahawks have, and I thought Marshawn to the Redskins would work because he would be an upgrade over their backs.Yankees

Re: Rebuilding thread
Well even if he is upgrade to Torain and Hightower (and i dont think he is to Torain , the guy is playing amazingly lately ) They wouldnt take him cause then they would have 5 backs
3 power runners in Torain , Hightower , Lynch
2 speedsters in Davis and Helu . So yeahNBA: Miami Heat
NFL: Philadelphia Eagles
MLB: New York MetsComment

Maybe the eagles? They are terrible in goal line/short yardage situations. I doubt they'd give up anything for him, but I bet they'd like to have him instead of Ronnie Brown trying to throw the ball on the 1 yard line.Comment
