franchise difficulty?

How do you set the difficulty for franchise? I have it at All-Pro in my global settings, but can't find an option within franchise. After beating Atlanta 36-3 and New Orleans 45-3 with the Bears, I'm thinking it's not on All-Pro. If it is, then holy crap.

Nvermind. I found it. And it was set to All-Pro.
