Idea for Da_Czar's Next Strategy Session: TEAM CHEMISTRY

ASSOCIATION MODE
This is something I am dying to know, and even with 5 wins in a row my Team Chemistry will always be at like 46%. I never ever got it really any higher, and my goal is to atleast get to 80% but I just don't know what to do.

I'd love it if Da Czar can shed some light onto this and tell us what we are doing wrong and strategies to get Team Chemistry percentage up.

i usually. trade some of the players that don't like being role players, for garbage players, that are content with being bench/role players.

I usually turn team chemistry off as well as player roles, players think way too highly of themselves. No reason someone like Petro should be upset about being a back up C.

My team chemistry is at 95% two months into the season.

I believe making lots of trade offers reduces team chemistry. I think making sure the bench players get a good run helps out too.

Yes players have egos but certain people just shouldn't be complaining. And I remember simming a few seasons in last years game and the Celtics team would always implode. Delonte West was never happy, Glen Davis was never happy, Jermaine O'Neal was never happy..

Player Roles need adjusting.
Player personalities need adjusting.

Remember, that when you enter association mode, roles and MPG are reset by the CPU. So that means whatever you had a player set to before entering that mode, the CPU will change it.

Someone like Petro should be Laid Back/Neutral. If he is on a poor team, I would suggest putting him at Neutral so it can create a negative chemistry for that poor team. Better teams should have higher chemistries. Example, for OKC, in 2K11 I had them set at all Laid Backs except for Westbook and Nate who I had at Expressive.

Bulls = All Laid Back

Celtics = Basically all Laid Back.

he may be or not ... then again, the point is that it doesnt matter ... no team would have its chemestry in peril due to a 10-12 roatation player beeing unhappy ... therefor, edit the role and personality. Colt has a point ... I would recommend that you implement 2k11 chia/dc player roles and personality edits ... look for it in roster section.

I'll definitely give that a try, although I'll keep certain people at expressive based off previous seasons.

I got petro on my team...he gets 3 mins a game and his morale is 100...it depends on more than just the personality type.....like how importnant is winning to the individual....and as far as chemistry...i depends who you trade and how long the team has been together...for example...if the mavs trade dirk then the chemistry would take a huge hit but if they trade chandler they recover in a week at the most...and of course...you gotta win!
