Question About Dynasty and Tendency
 

Ive been reading through the tendency threads and I'm unclear about something so any help you can give would be appreciated. So if I have all the patches and play offline dynasty are you guys saying that tendency will ONLY affect incoming recruits that are tweaked by me?

Are the CPU incoming recruits changed in any way that affects their tendency?
